“Cellina” olives

“CELLINA” OLIVES

This is the most widespread and representative olive variety of the Salento region. Its robust trees produce small purple olives, with a sweet taste that is reminiscent of the Mediterranean maquis, such as myrtle or wild blackberry. They are excellent in durum-weath bread or paired with fresh cheese and field vegetables.
