These olives have a unique oval shape, an intense purple colour and a fleshy texture. Seasoned with wine vinegar and Le Saittole’s extra virgin olive oil, they have a crisp, aromatic flavour, with light peppery notes. They are ideal for appetizers, salads and as condiment for oven cooked fish.
